We only sell products that comply with the EU General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988 (GPSR) and the rules that apply to each product group.

Information per product

Every product page lists, under “Product safety”, the product code, the manufacturer, the responsible person in the EU and the warnings and instructions for use that apply. The same information is on the label or packaging.

Reporting a safety issue

Think a product may not be safe? Stop using it and email us at hello@layaal.example with the product code and, if possible, a photo. We will contact you within one working day.

Recalls

If a product is recalled, we inform buyers directly by email and publish the recall on this page. There are currently no recalls.
