Which cap size do I need?
Measure around your head just above your ears and along your hairline. Up to 55 cm is Small, 55–57 cm Medium, above that Large.
Can I colour or cut my wig?
Yes, it is human hair. We recommend a stylist with wig experience for colouring and cutting.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Within the EU in 3–7 working days, with tracking. Outside the EU it usually takes a few days longer.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 14 days to change your mind. Email your order number to hello@maison-aurelle.example and we will send you the return instructions.
How can I pay?
You pay securely with the methods shown at checkout, such as credit card, iDEAL and Apple Pay.
