14 days to change your mind

Not completely happy? You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason.

How it works

• Email your order number to hello@maison-aurelle.example
• You receive the return instructions within one working day
• Send the item back unworn and in its original packaging
• We refund the purchase price within 14 days, including standard shipping costs

Exceptions

Made-to-measure items and products made to your specifications cannot be returned. Sealed hygiene products can only be returned with the seal intact.

Something wrong with your product?

Is something damaged or not right? Let us know within two months at hello@maison-aurelle.example, ideally with a photo, and we will find a suitable solution.

Wigs and hygiene

Every wig is shipped sealed. Try your wig on over a wig cap and leave the seal and the lace intact until you are sure of your choice. We cannot take back a wig whose seal has been broken or whose lace has been cut.
