Who we are

MERWE is a trade name of Merwe Label B.V., Postbus 0000, 1000 AA Amsterdam, Nederland (Chamber of Commerce no. 00000000). We are the controller for the personal data processed through this online shop, as described in this privacy policy.

What data we process

• Name, address, email address and phone number when you place an order or contact us
• Order and payment details (payments are handled by a certified payment provider; we never see your full card details)
• Your messages to our customer care team

Why we process it

We use your data to fulfil and deliver your order (performance of a contract), to answer your questions and to meet legal obligations such as keeping tax records. We only send newsletters with your consent.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years to meet tax law. Customer care messages are deleted no later than two years after your question has been resolved.

Sharing with others

We only share data with parties we need to deliver your order, such as the payment provider, the carrier and our fulfilment partner, under agreements that protect your data. We never sell personal data.

Cookies and local storage

This shop does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser only stores your bag, your language and your currency choice (local storage) so the shop works as you would expect.
