Where are the clothes made?
Most pieces are made in Italy, including all our pure cashmere and the coats. Some of the pure-wool knits, a few blazers and trousers and two chiffon pieces are made in China. The country is on every product page.
Is the cashmere really pure?
The pieces we call cashmere are 100% cashmere, knitted in Italy. Sweaters in wool and cashmere (90% wool, 10% cashmere) are named that way too.
Can I return something?
Yes. You can return anything within 14 days of delivery, unworn and with the labels attached.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Within the EU in 5–10 working days, with tracking. Outside the EU it usually takes a few days longer.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 14 days to change your mind. Email your order number to hello@merwe-label.example and we will send you the return instructions.
How can I pay?
You pay securely with the methods shown at checkout, such as credit card, iDEAL and Apple Pay.
