What do COSMOS Natural and COSMOS Organic mean?
They are European standards for natural and organic cosmetics. Ecocert Greenlife checks the ingredients and production. COSMOS Organic also requires a set minimum of organically farmed ingredients.
Are the products vegan?
Most are. Each product lists under Details whether it is vegan, gluten free and nut free.
How long does a product keep once opened?
The open-jar symbol on the pack (for example 6M or 12M) tells you. Store cool, dry and out of the sun.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 14 days, as long as it is unopened with the seal intact.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Within the EU in 2–5 working days, with tracking. Outside the EU it usually takes a few days longer.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 14 days to change your mind. Email your order number to hello@saelis.example and we will send you the return instructions.
